Performing technology
Our software applications, algorithms, and content are deployed on Google Cloud. The only technical requirement for using 360platform is that customers have an active Google Cloud account.
This choice enables customers to harness the full potential of technology, leveraging the expertise of 360platform staff and the robustness and security of Google's applications such as BigQuery, Looker Studio, and Conversational AI.
The data and information entered, uploaded, and created by your employees using 360platform are hosted in your Google Account. 360platform cannot access this data, nor can it be read, modified, or copied. The security and integrity of the data are entirely in the hands of Google and the customer.
Customers pay hosting fees directly to Google, and a very competitive usage fee to 360platform. There is no fee duplication!
A ‘white-label’ offer allows customers to rebrand the 360platform services as their own.
Customers gain access to built-in forms and scorecards to assess risks related to raw materials, supplier performance, country stability, and sourcing area issues. Your team can then decide how to use these tools to institute policies which reflect corporate commitments and priorities.
Customers also have access to tools to assess their suppliers’ facilities and level of compliance and security, the effectiveness of their cybersecurity measures, the supply chain regulations which apply in the countries where suppliers operate, and other risk factors.
Our services also include training materials and 24/7 online technical support.
A holistic approach to risk management
360platform provides customers with more visibility and predictability on supplies by monitoring key risks: suppliers, input materials, facilities, countries, areas, and events.
Risks are not assessed in isolation but in combination with other factors present throughout the supply chain. This approach offers a much better understanding of threats to supplies, enabling customers to react quickly and change plans.
For each product manufactured and packaged, the platform allows breaking it down into input materials to identify suppliers, their operating locations, and the input materials used.
Customers gain the information needed to review their product portfolio from a compliance and risk perspective and make decisions to change the product mix and determine which suppliers to use.
The capabilities aeare enormous: customers can deconstruct and analyze a Boeing 737, a pair of jeans, perfume, or a blueberry pie. Regardless of the complexity of the product, customers gain the visibility required to build resilient supply chains.
